The following invited article appeared in the Distance Learning Issue of TeleConference Magazine Vol 17, Number 9, October 1998. The issue features articles about the Jason Project, TelePresence Collaboration, Virtual Universities, and Distance Learning. It illustrates how MMC/DoE 2000 Technologies are being used in the Educational Environment even at the Middle School level.
